CONCEPT OUTLINE FOR NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL AND ENLIGHTENMENT PROGRAMS

1) “DRAKE FRIENDS IN CALIFORNIA”

a. PUBLICATIONS, TEACHERS AND EXHIBITS FOR CALIFORNIA STUDENTS RELATING TO DRAKE, CALIFORNIA AND LOCAL HISTORY (INCLUDING THE COAST MIWOK PEOPLE)

b. PRESENTATIONS WITH LECTURES AND VISUALS RELATING TO THE HISTORY OF SIR FRANCIS DRAKE, ~ SPECIFICALLY RELATING TO DRAKE’S DISCOVERY OF SAN FRANCISCO BAY AND THE REASON THAT HE, HIS CREW AND HIS SHIP, THE GOLDEN HINDE, WERE IN MARIN COUNTY FOR OVER A MONTH IN THE SUMMER OF 1579

c. “SAVE THE BAY” EDUCATION, VOLUNTEERS AND FUNDRAISING FOR INCREASING THE HEALTH OF SAN FRANCISCO BAY

1) A MUSIC AND PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM DESIGNED TO RAISE FUNDS AND PUBLIC CONCIOUSNESS THROUGH ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATIONAL STIMULUS

a. ALL SONGS WILL BE RECORDED AND RELEASED UNDER THE NAME OF “NOVA ALBION” AND WILL BE FUNDED AND PRODUCED BY “NOVA ALBION PRODUCTIONS”. THE RECORDED SONGS WILL BE PROVIDED BY LOCAL (OR, ON OCCASION, OUTSIDE) MUSICIANS WORKING TOGETHER OR BY DONATION OF FINISHED MUSICAL WORKS. THE DONATORS CAN DECIDE, IN PROPORTION, WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE PROCEEDS THAT THEIR DONATION(S) PRODUCED WILL GO TO WHAT SFDF PROJECT(S)

b. LIVE CONCERTS AND PLAYS WILL ALSO BE PRESENTED BY “NOVA ALBION PRODUCTIONS”. AGAIN, GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS CAN VOTE TO ASSURE THAT THEY CAN DETERMINE WHERE THEIR PROVIDED SHARE OF THE RAISED PROCEEDINGS GO

c. THE CREATION OF MUSICAL “WORK SHOPS” TO GET PEOPLE OF ALL AGES INVOLVED AND EDUCATED IN THE RECORDING ARTS AND PERFORMANCE ARTS
